Women in private equity

An opportunity to meet and inspire other female private equity professionals

Women in private equity is a global initiative by McKinsey to foster networks among female professionals working in private equity.

Events are regularly organized in different regions across the world, offering opportunities to share inspirational stories and knowledge about the industry. There is a focus on career-related topics, including the pathway to partner or managing director.

There are currently nine chapters globally led by private-equity leaders in local offices: Australia, Germany, India, London, New York, Paris, San Francisco, Stockholm, and Toronto.
