What excites you about your work?

No two days are ever the same here. The range of work I’m exposed to varies so much—from bringing a diabetes drug to market to improving production processes.

Favorite part of your role?

There’s no right way of doing things, and I’m given a lot of support to explore and try out new ideas. It’s really refreshing to have the platform and network be so entrepreneurial.

Most memorable project?

Working alongside McKinsey medical experts while building a model to understand how a particular drug was performing in its market. It was fascinating to collaborate with such a multidisciplinary team and see the problem from different angles and then come up with a solution for the client.
