Why McKinsey Analytics?

The type of work we do here is really purposeful. You know you’re making a difference solving real-world challenges. One project could be in the public sector, where you’re using your skills to improve people’s lives, while another could be figuring out how to fix a broken supply chain or improve a customer experience. It’s always changing.

Your role in a nutshell?

I try to understand our clients’ toughest problems, finding ways to apply analytics to deliver the greatest value. This includes building and helping to implement intuitive tools that can be easily adopted and scaled across an entire organization with our coaching.

Favorite part of your role?

Working in multidisciplinary teams. I’m surrounded by incredibly smart people who bring all this domain knowledge. Oftentimes, I may be the only analytics expert at the table, so I can bring a unique technical perspective. Combining these backgrounds and skills is a really powerful offering we bring to clients.
